Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associate Prepared Meals and Rotisserie Chicken Associates prepare fresh food items daily for members by following recipes and preparing rotisserie chicken. They wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure the freshest items are available for customers. When necessary they balance multiple tasks while assisting members with bakery orders and maintaining a welcoming, service‑oriented atmosphere. Key responsibilities include: Be a Team Member: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, educate peers, and remain flexible to business needs. Be an Expert: Prepare food per specifications, plan production, adhere to food safety and sanitation standards, manage cold chain compliance, operate and sanitize equipment, and inventory tools. Be a Techie: Use handheld technology to make production decisions, train peers, and enhance the member experience. Be an Owner: Drive area performance, manage inventory, eliminate waste, and provide customer service in line with company policies. Be a Talent Ambassador: Represent the department, model high quality service, and promote a culture of excellence. Comply with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy. Execute priorities using data, collaborate with managers and partners, and recommend improvements. Additional responsibilities: Ensure high‑quality products are stocked in the prepared foods area. Maintain shelf cleanliness, temperature control, expiration dates, and proper disposal of lower‑quality food. Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food. Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and compliant with company procedures. Perform automated inventory and stock rotation. Respect team members and provide excellent customer service. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Successful completion of required training and assessments within the prescribed period. Preferred Qualifications Food Service Experience.
