The Assembler 2Working Model: 100% on-site Working Hours: 7am - 3:30pm EST, Monday - Friday Interview Process: In person, 1 round The Assembler 2 role is expected to be an individual capable of reading electrical and mechanical drawings and translating that into a finished product with limited supervision to the highest level of quality.Essential ResponsibilitiesAdhere to all safety processes and procedures.Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures following mechanical layout and assembly drawings with zero deficiencies.Produce and install wiring onto components per electrical schematics following predefined guidelines and work standards with zero deficiencies.Capable of providing ideas for improvement and implementing changes with approval from engineering.Maintain a neat and orderly work area.Ensure maximum efficiency to aide in cost reduction.Achieve on time delivery goals are met.Willingness to travel for occasional field installations.Qualifications/RequirementsAssociate degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance, or related discipline from an accredited college or university or minimum 2 years of related industry experience.Experience with panel assembly and wiring.Capable of performing wire checks and quality inspections during the assembly process.Maintain production schedules and target budgets.Desired CharacteristicsManufacturing/assembly/wiring experience.Panel assembly and wiring experience.Strong attention to detail.EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
