Description
This position offers a short-term contract opportunity for a healthcare professional to provide family medicine care in an underserved community setting.
Located in Trenton, NJ, the role involves working Monday through Friday with a half-day Saturday rotation every six weeks.
The provider will be part of a team-based model, managing a patient volume of 18-20 patients per day.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Experience in community health or FQHC preferred
Spanish bilingual strongly preferred
Existing Medicaid, Medicare, and MCO credentialing required or strongly preferred
Comfortable with adult and pediatric panels
Experience with basic women's health procedures
Ability to quickly adapt to a team-based environment

Qualifications
Active NJ Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
NCCPA certification (PA) or NP board certification (AANP or ANCC)
Current CDS and DEA certifications
