About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product Design to play a pivotal role in enhancing user experience and defining the integration of AI within digital products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall UX and creative vision, leading a design, creative, and brand organization, and ensuring that design is a core strategic differentiator. This role demands a leader who can champion human-centered, accessible design, and elevate UX as a company-wide priority. The VP will also be at the forefront of the AI-enabled UX strategy, working to identify, pilot, and scale AI-powered tools while maintaining a focus on quality, trust, and accessibility. Applicants for the Vice President of Product Design position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' product design experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. A strong portfolio demonstrating the impact of web and mobile products on UX is essential, as is a proven track record of advocating for UX as a business driver. The role requires fluency in AI-enabled design tools and workflows, as well as a deep understanding of human-centered design, accessibility, and modern product development. Experience in digital health, healthcare, behavior change, or other regulated consumer domains is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a hands-on operator, and possess the executive presence necessary to communicate design vision and impact to stakeholders at all levels.
