Office Assistant / Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk
• Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents
• Enter information into spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems
• Assist with scheduling appointments or meetings
• Respond to basic email and office inquiries
