Assistant Property Manager - Float

West Coast Self-Storage Group has a full-time opening for Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates would have retail sales and customer service experience and are looking to grow within our career path. Location Details: This team member would be expected to commute to support three locations within the Kent area (within 6mi of each other). Day to Day Responsibilities Show available units and guide customers through the leasing process Meet retail sales and occupancy objectives Provide exceptional customer service including assessing customers storage needs (in person, phone, and web inquiries) Manage, audit, and balance cash drawer and petty cash General office tasks, e.g., filing, managing customer accounts, sorting mail/deliveries Maintain property to West Coast's Clean & Operational standards, e.g., cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs Other duties assigned by leadership Qualifications Retail Sales, Cash Management, and Customer Service experience Ability to self-manage while working independently to complete team and company objectives Ability to work weekends and some holidays (required) Basic computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) West Coast Self-Storage Group is an equal opportunity employer.
