Senior Analyst, Asset ManagementA leading real estate investment and management organization is seeking a Senior Analyst, Asset Management to join its Atlanta team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial real estate professional who wants hands-on exposure to a diverse portfolio while working alongside experienced asset management professionals and cross-functional teams throughout the investment lifecycle.The Senior Analyst will support the execution of asset-level business plans, analyze property performance, and help identify opportunities to drive value across the portfolio. The role offers broad exposure to acquisitions, capital markets, development, leasing, property management, and other areas of the real estate investment business.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus for existing portfolio assetsAnalyze property performance and evaluate quarterly appraisalsSupport annual business plans, budgets, and future cash flow projectionsPerform lease analyses and assist with prospective tenant negotiationsEvaluate potential value-add opportunities and property-level initiativesContribute to Investment Committee materials and strategic analysisConduct market research, including lease and sales comparablesReview leases, loan agreements, partnership agreements, and other relevant documentsSupport capital transactions, including financings, refinancings, and dispositions, as neededQualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field3+ years of relevant experienceCommercial real estate experience requiredStrong financial modeling and real estate analysis skillsAdvanced Excel skills and proficiency with ArgusStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhy Join?Broad exposure across multiple areas of commercial real estate investment and asset managementOpportunity to work closely with a collaborative, experienced asset management teamStrong exposure to financial modeling, property strategy, leasing, and capital transactionsHybrid schedule with four days in office and one remote day per week$80,000 - $95,000 a year
