Burger King - Restaurant Assistant Manager Job Description Assistant Managers are the key to operating our restaurants on a day to day basis. Restaurant Assistant Manager Position Summary: Overseeing opening and closing procedures. Full Financial accountability of the restaurant. Managing the restaurant's profitability, staffing, product quality and team member development. Reporting to the General Manager and directly supervising all team members. Overseeing all store operation with an emphasis on maintaining budgets, sales and managing inventory. Experience: Customer Service - one year preferred. Previous leadership experience. The Ideal Leader : Excels in a fast-paced environment. Enjoys serving and helping others. Values teamwork. Positive attitude. Recognize priorities and responds with a sense of urgency. Dependable and driven. Follows all rules and procedures. Provides direction and feedback to team members. Leads by example with excellence. Schedule: Flexible - Dayshift, Nightshift and Weekends.
