Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Laborer Pay: $19.00$20.00 per hour Hours: MondayFriday, 7:30 AM 3:00 PM (Summer ramp-up, potential for fewer days in slow season) Start Date: ASAP Looking for a rewarding summer job with the potential for long-term opportunity? As a Warehouse Laborer, you'll play a vital role in supporting warehouse operations during one of the busiest seasons. You'll work closely with the team to ensure smooth unloading, organization, and shipment of large household items. This position is perfect if you enjoy physical work and teamwork, with plenty of opportunities for growth based on your performance. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Laborer, you will be responsible for:
- Unloading large shipping containers using roller and conveyor systems
- Palletizing incoming products safely and efficiently
- Handling items such as comforters and rugs that often weigh 3050 lbs
- Assisting with picking and staging outbound orders using RF scanners after training
- Scanning returned products for the eCommerce department
- Re-boxing damaged packages as needed
- Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Supporting general warehouse tasks during downtime

- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to perform physical labor consistently throughout the shift
- Good attendance and dependable behavior
