We're looking for a motivated Tech Assistant to join our team and help keep operations running smoothly. This role is a great entry point for someone with basic mechanical skills who wants to grow into a full technician position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash & Clean equipment to maintain a professional, ready-touse appearance
• Assist with equipment preparation and basic inspections
• Organize the yard and maintain a safe, efficient workspace
• Help customers load equipment and ensure proper handling
• support technicians with general shop tasks
• Run part going to the part house or to someone out in the field

What We're Looking For:

• Basic mechanical knowledge or hands-on experience
• strong work ethis and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Desire to grow into a technical/mechanic role
• Valid Drivers License
