Your Mission:

• Spearhead efforts to grow our hygiene department to $1 million+ in production

• Optimize patient retention strategies to improve recurring appointment adherence

• Develop enhanced preventative care services and oral health education campaigns

• Provide exceptional chairside care utilizing advanced periodontal therapy techniques

What You'll Bring:

• 2-3 years of dental hygienist experience with a proven record of excellence
• Passion for advancing the preventative care model

• Current licensing, certifications, and regulatory compliance expertise
• Positive chairside manner with strong patient rapport

• Competitive Salary Range: $51 - $59 per hour ($106,080 - $122,720 annual equivalent)
