Lead Industrial Engineer

Driving continuous improvement initiatives, the full-time salaried Lead Industrial Engineer will identify and implement process enhancements, manage high-impact projects, and leverage engineering methodologies to optimize operations in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and develop effective continuous improvement plans Manage and execute high-impact continuous improvement projects, supporting start-ups and automation initiatives Coach employees on engineering methodologies and Lean principles to achieve operational excellence Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with seven years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with five years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Advanced knowledge in engineering and data analysis functions, including slotting and labor planning Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies Familiarity with warehouse design tools and warehouse management operations
