Schedule:

• 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, rotating shifts
• 36 weekly hours guaranteed
• Weekend shift requirements apply
• On-call required (2 hours for incoming shift)

Desired Qualifications:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
• BLS required; ACLS preferred; NRP required for NICU
• Minimum 3 years of experience (tertiary/teaching hospital and level 1 trauma settings strongly preferred)
• Experience with NICU, PICU, acute pediatric, adult acute, and critical care, and ED
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative nature

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver respiratory care throughout the facility alongside a highly-skilled RRT team
• Manage a variety of patients from neonates to adults in acute and critical environments
• Operate advanced respiratory technology (Drager V500, Hamilton T1/C1, Respironics, and more)
• Float as needed within NICU/PICU, ED, and critical care areas
• Utilize EPIC EMR efficiently
