Sheldon, Iowa

Shifts:

Ashton: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm, 3-4 shifts per week

Sanborn: Saturdays, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Sheldon: 1-2 shifts per month, 7:30am - 5:30pm

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Must have reliable transportation
