Snapshot: Contract Role Start date: September 28, 2026 Pay Rate $20 - $22.00 per hour Shift information: Monday through Friday 8am-6pm About the Job: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Provider Enrollment Analyst for a short-term assignment to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and phone communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging calls professionally while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can work independently while ensuring confidentiality in all interactions. Key Responsibilities: Review and process provider applications for enrollment in various healthcare programs. Manage challenging calls and inquiries from healthcare providers with professionalism and empathy. Maintain a positive demeanor while navigating a fast-paced work environment. Work independently to resolve provider issues and inquiries effectively. Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in all communications. What you need: Strong customer service and phone communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, internet navigation, and CRM systems. Basic understanding of health insurance products such as Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, Dental, and ACA plans (preferred).
