?? ¡Kelly Services busca Operador Mecánico 2 en Manati, Puerto Rico! RESUMEN DEL PUESTO Bajo la dirección del Facilitador de Línea y cumpliendo con los requisitos de QSR y seguridad, realiza configuraciones, reparaciones, mantenimiento preventivo y opera el equipo de manufactura asignado. Realiza trabajos eléctricos relacionados con la instalación, mantenimiento y reparación de sistemas, equipos y aparatos eléctricos. DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES Bajo supervisión y en cumplimiento con todas las leyes y regulaciones federales, estatales, locales y con los procedimientos y directrices de la empresa, esta posición:

• Produce diferentes tamaños y tipos de productos con alta calidad y cumpliendo metas de producción establecidas.
• Optimiza el rendimiento de las máquinas observando condiciones operativas, reponiendo materia prima y retirando productos terminados.
• Utiliza software de máquina para controlar el equipo.
• Aplica iniciativas para asegurar operaciones eficientes y altos estándares de calidad.
• Realiza diagnósticos de máquina (problemas de proceso), ajustes, configuraciones, inspecciona y dispone producto terminado.
• Es responsable de corregir fallas en la máquina para minimizar el tiempo de inactividad.
• Puede operar taladros, esmeriladoras, equipo de soldadura y otras herramientas para realizar reparaciones.
• Coordina y ejecuta el mantenimiento preventivo del equipo asignado.
• Documenta mantenimientos preventivos y órdenes de trabajo.
• Lee diagramas, bocetos, manuales de operación y especificaciones de manufactura relacionadas con el equipo asignado.
• Soluciona problemas en equipos computarizados.
• Mantiene el equipo y el área de trabajo limpias, organizadas y en cumplimiento con el programa 6S.
• Garantiza el uso adecuado de todo el equipo de protección personal necesario.
• Realiza otras tareas relacionadas, asignadas por el supervisor o facilitador.
• Cumple con las regulaciones y estándares de cumplimiento, siguiendo todas las políticas y programas de la empresa, con énfasis en Seguridad y QSR.
• Asegura condiciones y prácticas seguras de trabajo en el departamento.
• Apoya la mejora continua identificando, evaluando y resolviendo problemas.
• Realiza proyectos especiales de similar responsabilidad según indique el supervisor para alcanzar los objetivos de la empresa.
• Cumple con todas las políticas ambientales, de seguridad y salud ocupacional (ej. ISO14001 & OSHAS 18001).
• Es responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento personal y de la empresa con todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos aplicables.
• Realiza otras funciones según sea necesario.

EXPERIENCIA Y EDUCACIÓN

• Grado Asociado en Tecnología Electrónica, Electrónica, Refrigeración, Mecánica de Aviación, Mecánica Automotriz, Mecánica Industrial o campo técnico relacionado y 2 años de experiencia en una industria regulada; o,
• Bachillerato en Tecnología Electrónica, Electrónica, Mecánica Industrial o campo técnico relacionado.
• Preferible conocimientos sólidos en electricidad, electrónica, neumática, hidráulica y habilidades de solución de problemas. Conocimientos básicos de PLC y capacidad para leer esquemáticos, preferible.
• Se prefiere experiencia en ambiente industrial automatizado.
• Disponible para trabajar de lunes a viernes y fines de semana, en todos los turnos, incluyendo turnos de 12 horas.
