Requirements:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash compactor
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris

Additional Info and Maintenance Benefits

Wage $18.81-$19.31 per hour

Paid Sick Leave -earn 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked

1 week paid vacation based off of average hours worked, after 1 year as full time maintenance

Health Insurance available to FT employees working on average 30+ hours per week

$0.25 pay increase on base pay after 90 days of service

$0.50 pay increase on base pay after 1 year of service

Overnight Premium Pay(Applies only to 24-hour restaurants only) Any employee who works at a 24-hour store will receive a differential pay of an additional $0.50 per hour for hours worked between 10 pm and 4 am during their overnight shift.
