Wine Store Manager (Equity Potential)

A long-running, well-established wine store in New York City is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead both our physical and online operations, with the potential for equity interest for the right long-term fit. We're looking for someone with real depth in Old World wines and the curiosity to keep learning. You'll oversee daily operations, grow our wine club, run our Shopify storefront, and help shape our brand presence both online and in the neighborhood. Responsibilities Manage daily store operations and staff Grow and maintain the wine club program Run the Shopify e-commerce site, including cataloguing and inventory Oversee shipping, logistics, and order fulfillment Handle invoicing and vendor relationships Curate selection + product launch timing Lead social media and marketing efforts Grow retail and online revenue Plan in-store tastings and events Train and mentor staff Requirements Strong Old World wine knowledge and a drive to keep learning Retail wine shop management experience Shopify or similar e-commerce experience Wine club, cataloguing, and logistics experience Marketing/social media aptitude Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, with potential equity for the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr Tasting & Tap Room Expo
