Requirements
- Active RN licensure (TX)
- BLS certification
- NRP certification

Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for mother-baby patients on the night shift in an OB/GYN setting, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of postpartum mothers and newborns
- Deliver newborn resuscitation and stabilization as needed, following NRP protocols
- Maintain BLS readiness and respond to on-call situations during the assignment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient safety, discharge planning, and family education
- Follow facility policies, infection control procedures, and charting requirements

Job Description
This is a travel RN opportunity working nights in a mother-baby OB/GYN unit in El Paso, TX. The 12-hour contract runs from 06/01/2026 through 08/31/2026 and requires night-shift coverage with on-call responsibilities. Candidates must hold an active RN license, current BLS and NRP certifications, and be prepared to manage postpartum mothers and newborns, including emergency newborn resuscitation when necessary. One opening is available for clinicians who can meet the specified start date and assignment duration.
