Program Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Program Specialist! Based in Marshalltown, IA , the Program Specialist is responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and compliance with all required steps. While each project has an assigned Manager who oversees overall strategy and client communication, the Program Specialist focuses on operational details and works closely with the Project Manager as a collaborative team to achieve project success. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project milestones to ensure on-time completion Facilitate internal cadence meetings to track progress and address risks Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders. Prepare and submit Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) as required Track project requirements, documentation, and submittals for completeness and accuracy Monitor order progress and support change order processes Identify and escape issues early to minimize delays Support milestone-based billing processes accurately and on time Engage manufacturing plants on deliverables and schedules, scheduling inspections and arranging final shipment of product. You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You maintain relationships across a variety of functions and locations.
