Wound Ostomy Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Wound Ostomy Registered Nurse to join a dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care to patients with complex wound and ostomy needs.
- Assess and evaluate patients' conditions to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families regarding wound care and ostomy management.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid RN license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting is required.
Work Schedule
- Weekend and on-call duties are not required.
- The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is between 1:8 to 1:10.
