Payrate: $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Summary:
This position involves providing onsite deskside Tier 2 support at the Commons location and assisting Company’s remote Training and Demo sites. The role encompasses standard operations and processes to ensure smooth IT support and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform and monitor standard processes or operations, such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing of outdated assets, and resolving trouble tickets from ServiceNow queues.
• Document and distribute information, including updating assets in Asset Center, following KB articles for problem resolution, and adhering to unit-specific processes.
• Manage effective email communications and maintain basic documents/records such as contact lists, process logs, problem incidence reports, customer information updates, exterior ship orders, and standard facilities administration requests.
• Recognize and resolve problems with supported processes/operations using pre-established solutions, and report issues outside the scope of established procedures.
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes or operations, including scheduling routine equipment maintenance, ordering supplies, monitoring inventory, updating data records, and interacting with suppliers.
• Apply technical knowledge in support of processes or operations, such as understanding basic printer operations and troubleshooting end-user tickets by following KB articles.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered.
• Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
• High School or secondary diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals.
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office, plus intranet and internet functions.
• Knowledge of computer security policies and general computer security concepts.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $25.00 - $25.00 /hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
