Key Responsibilities:

Manage and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

Lead and mentor tax staff and seniors

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Support business development and client growth

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations

Collaborate with leadership on planning and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

CPA required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

Minimum of 2+ years of public accounting experience

Prior management experience is preferred, not required

Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills
