The patients are in different phases of this process, and a coordinator could have an assignment of 8+ patients at one time. Coordinators meet with patients several times and schedule all their appointments according to a required timeline. But there are not a daily census or visits per day. Coordinators attend meetings with doctors and other staff throughout the week. Coordinators must be organized and able to work autonomously.
