About the Position Pyramid West Apartments is seeking a dependable, mature, and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Part‑Time, Live‑On‑Site Building Operations Supervisor. This position is scheduled for up to 25 hours per week, as needed, based on the operational needs of the property. Residence on‑site is required as a condition of employment. This is an excellent opportunity to receive free on‑site housing while building experience in resident services, property management, building operations, security, and facilities oversight. This is an active management position—not simply free housing. Shared gourmet kitchen On‑site laundry facilities Fitness center ButterflyMX secured building access Primary Responsibilities Resident Services Serve as the property's after‑hours management representative. Respond professionally to resident concerns and emergencies. Assist residents with lockouts and building access. Support occasional weekend move‑ins and leasing tours. Building Operations Conduct routine building and security patrols. Inspect common areas, stairwells, kitchens, laundry rooms, and entrances. Identify and report maintenance and safety concerns. Help maintain a safe, orderly, and professionally managed community. After‑Hours Facilities Oversight Inspect all shared restroom and shower facilities throughout each shift. Ensure facilities remain clean, sanitized, fully stocked, and ready for resident use. Address minor sanitation issues immediately. Restock paper products, soap, and other restroom supplies. Spot clean and disinfect high‑touch surfaces as needed. Report clogged toilets, plumbing issues, leaks, vandalism, and maintenance concerns promptly. Help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment for all residents. Security & Community Standards Enforce Quiet Hours and the No‑Smoking Policy. Respond professionally to disturbances and policy violations. Maintain a visible management presence throughout the property. Prepare accurate incident reports before the end of each shift. Mail & Package Management Sort resident mail. Deliver packages received by the management office. Maintain organized and secure package storage areas. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, self‑motivated, customer‑service oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professionally managed residential community. Applicants with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Property Management Resident Management Hotel Operations or Hotel Housekeeping Janitorial or Custodial Services Facilities Management Apartment Maintenance Building Operations Security Hospitality Military Service Qualifications Minimum two (2) years of related experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities. Comfortable working independently. Ability to climb stairs throughout the shift. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Must successfully pass a background check. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
