IT-Capability Manager(APIs)

This role will be coordinating vendor integration activities across internal Optum teams and external vendor partners for member eligibility, engagement data, single-sign-on, and more.
The team the candidate will be working with consists of two full-time members directly on the team and working with many others in Tech, Product, and outside partners.
The ideal candidate background includes healthcare industry experience, preferably with an insurance company or digital health company; tech product or business product management experience.
Required skills/attributes include clear communication skills to coordinate across companies; some business understanding of member eligibility data; light technical skills to at least have a basic understanding of APIs, file exchange; great project management skills to coordinate across multiple Optum teams and external vendor teams.
Preferred skills/attributes include having worked to direct tech teams in the past to set up APIs, perform user acceptance testing, project/product management work.
This is a high priority requisition.
