Position Security Officer Patrol Agent – Jefferson City, TN Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Agent, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, among others. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting daily operations with a people‑first approach. Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.48 / Hour Job Schedule: Monday to Friday, 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points, verify entry permissions for visitors and deliveries, and support orderly traffic flow for people, vehicles, and materials entering or leaving the location. Assist with incident reporting, policy reminders, and communication during operational disruptions, weather events, and other critical situations requiring a visible on‑site presence. Minimum Requirements At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Eligible for consideration with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
