This role is responsible for proactively translating global initiatives into actionable regional plans, coordinating cross-functional execution, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively while balancing regional priorities, capacity, and business needs.Acting as a primary point of contact for Global Ecommerce initiatives requiring regional support, this individual will manage the intake, assessment, prioritization, communication, and execution of projects across the ecommerce organization. You will work closely with Global and regional stakeholders to clarify objectives, define requirements, identify dependencies, establish timelines, and drive initiatives through completion.This is a highly cross-functional and hands-on role requiring strong business judgment, ecommerce knowledge, stakeholder management, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic conversations and detailed execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with ambiguity, creating structure where it does not exist, and influencing stakeholders across teams.Serve as a primary regional partner and point of contact for Global Ecommerce initiatives requiring North American support or execution.Translate Global Ecommerce strategies and initiatives into clear regional deliverables, timelines, and execution plans.Establish and manage a centralized intake, assessment, and prioritization process for Global Ecommerce requests, creating visibility into incoming demand, business value, timing, and regional resource requirements.Evaluate incoming initiatives based on strategic importance, business value, customer impact, level of effort, timing, dependencies, and available capacity.Own and manage a portfolio of cross-functional ecommerce initiatives from initial planning and requirements through execution, launch, and post-launch measurement.Partner with Global stakeholders to ensure regional business requirements, customer needs, operational considerations, and dependencies are represented during project planning and execution.Develop clear project plans, milestones, ownership, success measures, and accountability across participating teams.Directly own and execute project deliverables where appropriate, operating as a hands-on leader and also functional teams for execution.Coordinate execution across Product, Technology, Site Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, IT, and other relevant business functions.Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and blockers and drive the decisions necessary to maintain momentum.Facilitate prioritization and tradeoff discussions when project demand exceeds available regional resources or conflicts with existing business priorities.Maintain a consolidated view of Global initiatives impacting the regional ecommerce organization, including project status, milestones, capacity requirements, risks, and upcoming deliverables.Provide clear and consistent project communication and reporting to working teams, Global partners, regional leadership, and senior stakeholders.Develop business requirements, business cases, presentations, project documentation, status reporting, and executive updates as needed to support decision-making and execution.Support testing, launch readiness, implementation, and operational handoff of new ecommerce capabilities and experiences.Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, or standardize processes and ways of working between Global and regional Ecommerce organizations.Build strong relationships across Global and regional teams, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment without direct reporting authority.Advocate for regional customer and business needs while supporting broader Global Ecommerce strategies, creating clarity and facilitating decisions when Global and regional priorities or requirements differ.YOUR TALENT8+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital product, program management, ecommerce operations, digital strategy, or a related field, preferably within retail or a consumer-facing business.Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy and planning through execution, launch, and measurement.Experience working within a large, matrixed organization and partnering across regional, Global, and cross-functional teams.Strong program and project management capabilities, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives, dependencies, risks, resources, and competing priorities.Ability to assess incoming requests based on strategic importance, business value, customer impact, level of effort, timing, and organizational capacity.Demonstrated ability to influence, build alignment, and drive decisions across all levels of an organization without direct reporting authority.Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create structure and clarity in complex or ambiguous situations.Highly action-oriented and comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution to drive initiatives through completion.Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to both working teams and senior leadership.PUMA provides equal opportunities for all job applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex,gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
