The crimping center is at the heart of our production. This is where the quality of our connections is decided. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) for production with a focus on crimping. Responsibilities Operate semi-automatic and fully automatic crimping machines as well as processing machines for cables and wires. Carry out visual and dimensional checks during the process (e.g., tensile tests, cross-section checks) and ensure compliance with the high Rokatec quality standards in accordance with ISO 9001. Set up machines for various series (from prototypes to large series) and equip them with the required materials. Maintain the quality documentation and accompanying production documents digitally. Together with colleagues from wire harness and component assembly, ensure a smooth production process. Handle technical documentation (parts lists, crimp data) and measuring equipment. Qualifications Ideally, experience in operating automatic crimping machines or in cable assembly. Technical understanding and manual skills, including career changers. Precise, reliable work with an eye for detail. Team spirit, reliability, and a structured working style.
