Build, Inspect, Improve
Join our team in Marysville, MI and be part of a production group that prizes precision, safety, and teamwork. You’ll help turn specifications into finished products while ensuring every step meets our quality expectations.
What You’ll Do- Assemble components and complete production tasks to spec.
- Observe workflows and product output to verify quality.
- Handle basic cleaning and routine upkeep of production equipment.
- Coordinate with teammates to hit production goals and timelines.
- Practice safe work habits and keep your area clean and organized.
- Escalate equipment or product issues promptly to a supervisor.
- Participate in ongoing training to refine your skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Background in manufacturing or production (a plus).
- Keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong team mindset and clear communication.
- Positive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Tape Measure Reading
