Job Title: HVAC Installer - Experienced Pay: $29.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on skill level Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Schedule: Monday through Friday, some Saturdays and overtime What you will be doing: Leading an install team/crew Installing residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, accessories, and ductwork Some new construction - residential and light commercial Installations include ducted and ductless equipment Correctly size, install, insulate, and seal ductwork Read and follow blue prints and diagrams What we have to offer: In-house paid training for NATE & EPA Certifications with an in-house proctor Equipment dealer training Bonus program Tool program Benefits: 100% paid medical insurance Vision & dental insurance options 80 hours of paid vacation 100% paid long-term and short-term disability 9 Paid Holidays Simple IRA with 3% match Company uniform / phone or reimbursement / iPad Bonus program Qualifications: Valid driver's license and Insurable driving record 3 + years of HVAC Installation experience Lead install experience Residential new construction experience desired EPA Universal Certification Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment Proficient at residential and light commercial functional design and installations Solid understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, and wiring diagrams Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes Excellent customer relation skills and open mind to think outside the box Have or be able to obtain and maintain NATE certification - we provide training & testing HVAC Certification from trade school desired #J-18808-Ljbffr
