Dental Hygienist

We're looking to fill part-time hours on Monday (starting at noon, last patient is scheduled for 5pm,) Tuesday (starting at 8 or 9am, last patient is scheduled for 4pm,) and Wednesdays (starting at 9am, Last patient is scheduled for 1 or 2pm.) These hours aren't set in stone; there's some flexibility available if needed. Tuesday is the only day we take a 1 hour scheduled lunch break, as it's the only full 8-9 hour day we work. We take lunch from 1-2pm, which is paid. (No one is required to clock out, nor are you required to stay on-site. As long as you're back in time for your next scheduled patient, whatever you do with this hour is cool. We do our best to stay on schedule to maximize this 1 hour break...but if you leave, you must be back in time for your 1st afternoon appointment.) Compensation ranges from 35.00-40.00 per hour depending on years of experience and credentials/certifications. We're a family-style, non-corporate laid back office in Canfield, Ohio with a small staff. Our main priority is finding someone who's a team player with a positive and friendly personality, not just a body to simply plug into a production assembly line. We try our best to allow for 1 hour per recall, 1:15 for new patients, and 45 minutes per child. Standard digital office, Open Dental PMS, and the available treatment room can be situated for a right or left-handed practitioner. This room is currently equipped with a piezo, but we're happy to provide a cavitron if desired. We currently have no drama or tension in the office, and we'd like to keep it that way.
