This position is 100% on-site located in Melbourne, Florida.This position is first shift and unable to support telework.Essential Functions:Release Work Orders in SAP based on Master SchedulingProvides kit list and Pick list to kitting teamAssists with all Stock PurgeProcess loansProcessing SMO of Make componentsManage Call BoardsQuarterly MRP Exception Report (MMAS requirement)Reconciling inventory discrepanciesCross functional collaboration on non-conformance dispositions, scraps, RTV, Internal Supplier rework (PPRW)Final kit verifications prior to releaseBasic Qualifications:Must have Bachelors Degree with 2 years of experience, Masters Degree or in lieu of degree with 6 years of experience.Experience must be in: supply chain, procurement, logistics or another relevant field.Experience with Microsoft OfficeExperience in SAP, ERP or other related business softwareOrganizational skills and ability to multi-taskSelf-motivated and able to work as a teammate and independentlyAbility to perform 50% desk work and 50% production floor integration responsibilities with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government Secret Clearance with investigation completed in the last 5 years as well as Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (after starting).Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from accredited institutionExperience with ERP system, specifically SAP desired.Prior warehousing experienceKnowledge of parts protection and packaging processExperience in Aerospace ManufacturingMES Program ExperienceExperience working knowledge in production planning processWorking knowledge with Total Quality Management and/or, Procurement, and/or Supplier Quality AssuranceActive DOD Secret Clearance with investigation completed in the last 5 years (to apply/start) with the ability to obtain and maintain a Program Special Access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs (after starting).Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $98,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
