Catering Lead
Being our Catering Lead requires you to be an outgoing, self-motivated and extremely coachable individual. The Catering Lead is responsible for coordinating and executing each step of the catering orders, starting with the food preparation in the kitchen and ending with the event execution or just an order delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to easily establish rapport with a diverse range of people. The Catering Lead serves as a leader of the catering team.
Server
- Ensure exemplary guest service through all forms of banquet service, carving stations, running food during events, buffets, plated, replenishing product and supplies in compliance with event standards.
- Ensure that events are properly equipped and executed by transporting, pulling, setting up and breaking down, as well as returning equipment to designated storages in compliance with event standards and instructions.
- Perform side work by helping to provide a safe and clean work environment.
- Clean, organize and restock equipment/product returning from catering events.
- Perform other duties that could be assigned.
