There is no Price Brothers without all the team members that call Price Brothers home." - Lena Price If you are eager to join a team where your opportunities are limitless, find your next career at Price Brothers!Salary Range: $22-$27 hourly plus commissionKey Role ResponsibilitiesAssist lead maintenance in the daily upkeep of apartment units, property exterior and common areas in accordance with company standardsComplete assigned work orders in a timely and professional mannerEstablish and maintain professional relationships with all residents and on-site team membersFlexibility to perform other job duties as requiredOur Ideal Candidate2-3 years of multi- family maintenance experience (preferred)Previous experience with HVAC systemsAbility to work with minimal supervisionKnowledge of general maintenance(i.e. electrical, plumbing and appliance repair)Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skillsMinimum Qualifications:Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the stateHVAC Certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)Flexibility to work on-call and weekends as neededBenefitsThe company offers an array of outstanding health and wellness benefits starting the first of the month after 30 days of service.
