VP, Solutions Product Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a VP Solutions Product Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a hospitality and recreation environment. Location: San Jose, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $275,000 – $300,000 annually Responsibilities Define and own positioning, messaging, and value narratives for agentic automation solutions Translate technical capabilities into business stories for executives Develop messaging architecture that ensures cohesion across industries and functions Partner with product and sales to execute go-to-market plans Define target buyer personas and journey-stage messaging Equip sales with tools such as battle cards and solution briefs Deliver competitive insights to position the company as a category leader Qualifications Bachelor's in marketing, business, or related field; MBA preferred 15+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, including 5+ years in solutions or product marketing in SaaS 5+ years in people management, with experience leading high-performing teams Experience marketing for a $500M-$1B ARR SaaS company Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles and complex buying processes Domain experience in intelligent automation, RPA, AI/ML, or related technologies Experience at a company transitioning from RPA to agentic automation preferred Benefits Flexible work schedule / remote roles Unlimited Personal Time Off 12 holidays off per year 4 days volunteer time off per year Eligible for 4 company Achievement days off per year Variety of health care and well-being benefits Paid family/parental leave Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
