Offer tailored and thoughtful solutions tailored to individuals, families, or businesses. Represent the company and the Cricket brand with professionalism and courtesy. Assist managers with store operations and duties. Achieve sales goals and KPIs, which may lead to additional bonus payments. Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities as required; these events support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. Employees will receive notice of scheduled events, and participation is a condition of employment. Qualifications Clear communication skills, attitude, and technical aptitude. Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity. Background in retail sales helpful, but not required. Minimum 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong social media presence preferred. Reliable transportation to the location. Residence within 30 minutes of the home store location, with flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed. Ability to operate a personal computer. Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking purposes. Requirement to stand for long periods of time to provide customer service. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
