Registered Nurse - Post Anesthesia

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of ongoing experience in a Post Anesthesia or similar specialty setting
• Valid RN license in state of employment
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Familiarity with Cerner Electronic Medical Records system
• Flexibility to work scheduled hours from 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with thoracic, orthopedic, neurology, vascular, urology, or general surgery cases
• Previous experience handling higher acuity cases
• Additional certifications related to anesthesia or perioperative care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Nursing degree ( ADN or BSN) from an accredited institution
• At least 2 years professional experience in a PACU or perioperative setting

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled hours, including holidays with call coverage
• Commitment to maintaining certifications and licensing
• Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-acuity cases

Compensation for this rewarding role is $49.25 per hour, starting on August 25, 2025.
