A busy cardiac practice in Phoenix is seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant for a 100% operating room position . This opportunity offers a MondayFriday schedule, minimal call, and earning potential exceeding $200,000 annually.

Position Highlights

• 100% OR role supporting cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
• MondayFriday schedule.
• Minimal call , with additional compensation when call is required.
• Busy surgical practice with case volume-based bonus opportunities.

Required Experience

Candidates must have experience working as a practicing Cardiothoracic OR Physician Assistant , including:

• Endoscopic vein harvesting (EVH).
• Coronary procedures.
• Valvular surgery.
• Aortic surgery.
• Thoracic procedures.

Prior practicing CT OR PA experience is required; this position is not open to new graduates.

Compensation & Benefits

• $170,000 annual base salary , with potential for a higher base depending on experience.
• Twice-yearly bonuses based on case volume.
