Encadria Staffing is hiring Packaging Associates to work at the Georgia Pacific Dixie facility located in the South Industrial Park in Bowling Green. Offerings DAY Shift $16 per hour NIGHT shift $16.50 per hour Weekly pay every Thursday 12‑hour shift Days – 7am to 7pm Nights – 7pm to 7am Schedule 2/2/3 – off every other weekend (flexible schedule positions, e.g., available to work only weekends) Long‑term temporary assignment Benefits available VACATION BONUS (weeks pay after completion of 1,500 hrs. within 52 consecutive weeks) Job Responsibilities Monitor production flow and quality of product Actively attend product lines Inspect, weight, and hand‑pack product Work at various stations as required throughout the day Maintain a clean and safe work environment Job Requirements Must be willing and able to work 12‑hour shifts Must be willing and able to work in a fast‑paced environment Use of wrists and hands for lifting, pulling up to 20‑30 lbs.
