Position Summary: The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Housekeeping department to ensure exceptional cleanliness, operational efficiency, and compliance with company and brand standards throughout the hotel. This role assists in managing staff scheduling, training, inspections, inventory control, payroll administration, and departmental operations while helping drive guest satisfaction and team performance.

The Housekeeping Supervisor serves as a hands-on operational leader who promotes a positive and productive work environment, supports departmental goals, and collaborates closely with other hotel departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of progressive housekeeping leadership experience within a hotel environment required. Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and related computer applications required. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Strong guest service skills and the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively in high-pressure situations. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills. Bilingual skills preferred. Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, required.

Rate: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
