If you're a motivated kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching teams while delivering exceptional food quality, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead and motivate the Back of House team during daily operations. Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory, ordering, and food cost controls. Train, coach, and develop kitchen team members while fostering a positive team environment. Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health department standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times. Partner with restaurant management to achieve operational and financial goals. Jump in and work alongside the team during busy periods to ensure smooth service. What We're Looking For Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to lead by example and build a positive, high-performing team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
