Submission Requirements
CATARACT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. NON-NEGOTIABLE

Minimum 2-5 year of experience - Required
Scrubbing and Circulating experience - Required - BOTH specialty skill checklists MUST be in profile to move forward with presenting to client
Experience working in a smaller OR facility - Required
Phase I/PACU experience - Required
MULTIPLE SURGICAL EXPERIENCE - Required
CERNER EMR EXPERIENCE - Required
Travel experience - Highly preferred
BSN preferred
This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
Perm address must be included in traveler profile
Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer. Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.
Shift Notes:
4 8hrs days per week. 32hr guarantee
Weekend Requirements:
Weekend call - 1 Weekends per month. Call back time is ONE HOUR
On Call Requirements:
Weekday call is 2-3 days/week. Call back time is ONE HOUR
