Main Responsibilities Front‑End Development Implement modern front‑end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Vue) to create interactive user experiences. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements. Back‑End Development Design and implement server‑side logic using server‑side languages (e.g. Python, C#). Build and maintain databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity. Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between front‑end and back‑end systems. Database Management Design and implement database schemas, queries, and optimizations. Ensure data security, integrity, and scalability in database management. Testing and Debugging Conduct thorough testing of applications, identifying and resolving bugs and performance issues. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including graphic designers, product managers, and other developers. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. What You’ll Work On Internal web applications supporting manufacturing, calibration, and operational workflows Customer‑facing portals and dashboards used by engineers and industrial clients Full‑stack features spanning UI, APIs, and databases Enhancements and modernization of existing applications Growth & Development Structured mentorship from senior developers and architects Code reviews and Development Meetings focused on sharing, learning, and improvement Exposure to the full software development lifecycle. Requirements Bachelor’s degree and 0‑2 years of relevant work experience. Experience with Search Engine Optimization. Experience with jQuery, Angular and/or React. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic proficiency in all required languages. Basic proficiency with web development. Ability to complete projects with mentorship from senior development staff. Ability to debug issues with assistance from mentors. Knowledge of the Microsoft.NET framework and C# programming. Ability to use and implement MSSQL and/or MySQL database. Understanding of REST APIs. Must be able to work individually as well as in a small team environment. Work Location This in‑person position will work out of the Victor, NY facility.
