You own the culture, the guest experience, and the P&L.Lead the Front Lines: Drive a high-energy environment where speed-of-service and guest satisfaction are the top priorities.Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team. Your success is measured by the growth of your Shift Leads and Assistant Managers.Master the Numbers: Take full accountability for your stores P&L, focusing on labor optimization, inventory control, and waste reduction.Community Connection: Engage with the Tallahassee community, ensuring we remain the go-to spot for locals, students, and travelers alike.Operational Excellence: Maintain a "gold standard" facility—clean, safe, and always ready for an audit.What You Bring to the TableExperience: 2+ years of Restaurant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual setting.The "Hustle" Factor: You thrive under pressure and lead by example.
