Job Description Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital in Murrieta, California, is a bed acute‑care hospital with the region's only Pediatric Emergency Services team (for children and under) provided by board certified Rady Children’s emergency medicine physicians. Rancho Springs Hospital also provides the area's only OB/Emergency Department program, giving expectant mothers 7 on‑site access to OB/GYN physician coverage. The Childbirth Center at Rancho Springs Hospital is the largest in the region and features spacious family‑friendly private suites. Rancho's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is operated by Rady Children’s. Responsibilities Staff Registered Nurses are responsible for providing excellence in patient care, collaborative and comprehensive care based on patient and/or family needs, providing assessments, treatment and care on assigned units. They will provide care for patients throughout the continuum of care, including management of pain, invasive lines and surgical drains. Staff Registered Nurses will also practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal and hospital policies as well as consistently demonstrate behaviors that model the Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs and Inland Valley Hospitals’ Core Values and the hospitals mission statement. Qualifications Minimum Essential Experience One (1) year experience in a critical care setting in an acute care facility. BSN Preferred Required Licensure / Certifications Current California Registered Nurse license. BLS certification.
