About the Role RN role caring for post‑op and acute surgical patients in a structured hospital setting with strong ratios, sign‑on and loan forgiveness options, and solid clinical support. Benefits Day‑shift hospital RN role Sign‑on and loan forgiveness incentives Strong patient ratios on the unit Stable inpatient acute care surgical environment Strong support from surgeons, APPs, and nursing leadership Good fit for RNs who enjoy post‑op care, med‑surg, and acute surgical patients Opportunity for long‑term growth within a respected hospital system Responsibilities Provide direct patient care on an inpatient surgical / acute care unit Manage post‑operative and acute surgical recovery patients Perform assessments, medication administration, care planning, and implementation Monitor patient progress and elevate changes in condition appropriately Collaborate with surgeons, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and care teams Support discharge planning, patient education, and continuity of care Maintain accurate EMR documentation and coordinate follow‑up needs Qualifications Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of RN experience preferred in acute care, med‑surg, surgical, post‑op, or inpatient hospital nursing Strong assessment, documentation, and patient coordination skills Comfortable in a structured, team‑based inpatient setting Interest in surgical care, post‑op recovery, and acute adult patients BLS certification required; other certifications based on unit standards Schedule & Compensation Day shift Inpatient hospital setting Compensation: $34–$49/hr Sign‑on and loan forgiveness options Strong ratios and support structure Paid time off and holiday package Relocation assistance, if applicable Ongoing education and internal growth opportunities Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
