Job Title Travel Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Location Fort Worth, TX Schedule / Job Type Contract (Travel) | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Provide skilled perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgical procedures in the operating room Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes Perform scrub and/or circulating duties during cardiovascular surgical cases as required Monitor and document patient status throughout the intraoperative phase, responding promptly to changes in condition Maintain compliance with facility policies, sterile technique standards, and regulatory requirements Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) Minimum of 1 year of CVOR or cardiovascular surgical nursing experience Current BLS certification; ACLS may be required Ability to fulfill travel assignment requirements, including relocation to the Fort Worth, TX area for the duration of the contract Preferred Experience / Skills Prior travel nursing experience in a CVOR or perioperative setting Familiarity with a wide range of cardiovascular surgical procedures including open-heart and valve surgeries Experience with both scrub and circulating roles in a cardiovascular OR environment Why Join Us Gain valuable experience working in a high-acuity cardiovascular surgical environment at a well-established facility in the Fort Worth area Enjoy the flexibility and professional growth that comes with travel nursing, with dedicated support throughout your assignment Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 771848.
