We are expanding in 2025 and are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cupertino.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts by managing various tasks related to content creation, social media, video production, and event marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Assist in creating and curating content for our WeChat Official Account, Red, Emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with our brand messaging across all platforms.

Video Production

• Shoot and edit engaging videos to showcase our products/services and tell compelling brand stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement video content strategies.

Social Media Management

• Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages and participating in relevant conversations.
• Monitor social media trends and provide insights to enhance our social media presence.

Event Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline.
• Assist in preparing marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and promotional items.
• Assist the sales team in maintaining communication with potential clients, promptly responding to inquiries and needs, coordinating property showings, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
• Manage property listings and market research reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up‑to‑date to support decision‑making and client follow‑up.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English to effectively communicate with a diverse audience and contribute to multilingual marketing efforts.
• Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in video production and editing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and experience managing accounts on WeChat, Red, Emails, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Work in person at our Cupertino office.
