Director of Global Corporate Partnerships — Vital Voices Vital Voices Global Partnership is hiring a Director of Global Corporate Partnerships to build and lead its corporate revenue strategy. This senior role is responsible for cultivating Fortune 500 relationships, securing sponsorships, and expanding corporate investment in women's leadership globally. Vital Voices Global Partnership is expanding its External Relations team and hiring a Director of Global Corporate Partnerships to lead its corporate revenue growth. Reporting to the Chief External Relations Officer, this senior role owns the full corporate partnership lifecycle — from identifying prospects and building relationships with corporate executives to closing multi-year deals and designing engagement programs that connect partners to Vital Voices' global network of women leaders. Vital Voices has directly invested in more than 47,000 change-makers across 188 countries. The position is based in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid schedule — two required in-person days per week at VVHQ. What You'll Do Strategy — develop and execute a comprehensive global corporate partnerships strategy aligned with Vital Voices' mission and revenue goals; establish pipeline, targets, and performance metrics Business development — build and manage a pipeline of prospective corporate partners across priority industries, including Fortune 500 companies, corporate foundations, and CSR-focused businesses Relationship management — cultivate, solicit, and steward partnerships through sponsorships, philanthropic partnerships, cause marketing, employee engagement, and strategic collaborations Content and proposals — create compelling partnership proposals, sponsorship packages, presentations, and impact reports Internal collaboration — partner with Programs, Events, and Communications teams to design corporate engagement experiences; maintain CRM records and revenue forecasting Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred, plus 8–12 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, fundraising, or sponsorships Proven track record securing and managing significant corporate partnerships and sponsorships Experience with Fortune 500 companies, global corporations, or corporate foundations preferred Strong understanding of CSR, ESG, and corporate philanthropy trends Exceptional executive presence and relationship-building skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems Compensation and Benefits Starting salary of $136,000, with flexibility up to $167,000.
